401(k) Deferred Savings Plan
Employees who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) savings plan. After the employee has completed one year and 1,000 hours of service, the company matches 50% of the first 6% of compensation contributed by the employee. New employees with qualified 401(k) accounts from other companies may roll over their accounts to the E&S plan.
Stock Options
Regular employees are eligible for stock option awards on hire. Your supervisor will provide you with a Stock Option Agreement and explain the details to you.
Paid Vacation
Newly hired full-time employees receive two weeks (80 hours) of paid vacation per year. After six months of employment, employees are eligible to begin taking accrued vacation.
Paid Holidays
Evans & Sutherland offers employees ten paid holidays per year.
Paid Leave
