Robin Sip Appointed as E&S European Sales Representative

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, January 24, 2008, Evans & Sutherland Computer Corporation (NASDAQ: ESCC) is pleased to announce that Robin Sip of Mirage3D has recently been appointed as its new Sales Representative for the European Market. Robin has been working in the planetarium market for twenty years, and has had a long history with E&S. In 1993, Robin wrote his thesis about Digistar at E&S headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah. He worked with Europe's first Digistar I projector at Omniversum, The Hague, The Netherlands, and worked with Europe's first Digistar II projector at the London Planetarium. Based on his long association with E&S and the planetarium community as well as his knowledge of the European market, Robin is an ideal person to represent E&S in Europe, along with Sales Agent Jean-Francois Delorme who will continue to represent E&S in France.

Currently, Robin is the founder and director of Mirage3D, a fulldome video production company in The Hague, Netherlands. Mirage3D has produced and supplied movies for digital fulldome theaters around the world. Robin will continue to be based at Mirage3D and will provide sales and support for all E&S products to European customers.
